1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the tk197 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "user", "member").

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times. This means you must wager 15 times the total bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is issued.
• A bonus may only be claimed once, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses generally expire within 7 days of being issued — the specific expiry period is stated in each offer.
• Exceeding the maximum bet limit using bonus funds may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• VIP cashback benefits are added automatically each week and do not need to be claimed separately.

5.3 VIP Programme

tk197 has five VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate increases at each level. Level progression is based on your play style and activity. tk197 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP programme at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on the tk197 platform are operated by third-party game software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi).

7 Prohibited Activities
